Reiki is a Japanese technique for stress reduction and relaxation that also promotes healing. Treatments are received while lying down or comfortably reclined, fully clothed. Reiki works to release the emotional stressors, traumas and repressed feelings that cause disruption in energy flow. It helps to strengthen and rebalance the body’s energy, allowing the body's natural self-healing powers to work.
