Reiki Healing Session

Reiki is a Japanese technique for stress reduction and relaxation that also promotes healing. Treatments are received while lying down or comfortably reclined, fully clothed. Reiki works to release the emotional stressors, traumas and repressed feelings that cause disruption in energy flow. It helps to strengthen and rebalance the body’s energy, allowing the body's natural self-healing powers to work.

Whether you're seeking clarity, or depth, or transformation, the first step is taking a balanced, holistic look at your life: body, mind, and spirit. Our initial session will be dedicated to exploring and understanding: your lifestyle, personal history, health challenges, common stressors, relationship dynamics, career goals, and personal vision. From there, we'll cocreate a sustainable action plan for healing, growth, and connection. The cost of this consultation is applied to your first healing session.
